**Business Development Manager (BDM)**

### 🎯 Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.

* Identify and connect with potential customers and business partners.

* Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

* Manage, guide, and motivate the sales/business development team.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.

* Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales reports.

* Identify new market opportunities to support business growth.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations.

✔ Graduate preferred

✔ Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
