A Business Development Manager (BDM) drives company growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and cultivating client relationships to increase revenue. They conduct market research, generate leads, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing/sales teams to implement expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Growth: Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and industry trends to expand market presence.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Generate high-value leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events, ultimately closing deals.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Proposal Development: Create compelling business proposals, presentations, and contract agreements.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, and market trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and meet revenue goals
