Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our B2B client base across India. The candidate will be responsible for strategic sales planning, lead generation, key account management, complete ownership of the sales cycle, and effectively leading and handling the sales team to achieve organizational targets
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Sales Strategy
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/annual business targets.
· Identify and acquire new clients across diverse sectors including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, food processing, trading, and IT.
· Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—with a strong focus on consultative selling.
· Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and develop competitive sales strategies.
2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
· Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, networking, digital platforms, referrals, and industry partnerships.
· Present ICV’s ISO certification and compliance services to prospective clients with clarity and confidence.
· Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and negotiations to convert leads into successful deals.
3. Key Account Management
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
· Understand clients’ certification needs and provide customized solutions aligned with ISO standards.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of certification processes and high client satisfaction.
4. Sales Team Leadership
· Lead, supervise, and mentor the sales team to enhance productivity and achieve collective targets.
· Conduct training sessions, track performance metrics, and implement improvement plans where needed.
· Foster a collaborative, motivated, and target-driven team environment.
5. Reporting & Coordination
· Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews for management.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, interactions, and closures in the CRM system.
· Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and ISO certification standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in ISO Certification, Compliance Services, Auditing, Training, or similar B2B service sectors.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving consistent business growth.
Experience in leading and managing a sales team is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Skills
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Leadership qualities with team management and motivational capabilities.

Operations, Reporting & Market Expertise
• Maintain accurate client and deal records in Google Sheets, ensuring proper tracking of sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline movement.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to enhance overall sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of ISO certification services, quality assurance processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct detailed market research to identify new business opportunities, prospective clients, and emerging industry developments.

Eligibility
