About the Role
VSG India is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Security Services and Facility Management vertical. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a target-oriented environment and have a passion for building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across security services and facility management segments
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and field visits
Engage with HR, Admin, and Procurement stakeholders to understand client requirements
Present company profile, customized proposals, and pricing structures to prospective clients
Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business
Collaborate with internal operations teams for seamless service onboarding and delivery
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Experience
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales
Prior experience in Security Services, Facility Management, or Manpower Services is preferred
Proven track record of working with corporates, residential societies, warehouses, or manufacturing units
Key Skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Excellent client relationship management skills
Understanding of costing, manpower deployment, and statutory compliance
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
