Growthora Advisory Private Limited is seeking a proactive, target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our BD / Pre-Sales team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential business opportunities, engaging prospective corporate clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic outbound and inbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads across relevant corporate sectors.

• Connect with key decision-makers via cold calls, emails, and professional networks to pitch advisory services.

• Manage the pre-sales pipeline from initial engagement to lead nurturing, product presentation, and deal closing.

• Understand client business challenges and position tailored advisory solutions effectively.

• Maintain clear documentation of client interactions, pipelines, and revenue forecasts in CRM tools.

• Collaborate closely with internal consulting teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Corporate Sales, or Pre-Sales.

• Strong verbal and written communication, persuasion, and consultative negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

• Ability to handle client objections and build long-term business relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
