Team Leader – Business Development (BDE)

📍Location: Kolkata (Sector V)

💼Experience: 2–5 Years

📆Working: Monday-Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

🎯Role

Lead and manage a team of BDEs to achieve sales targets

Monitor team performance, calls, and conversions

Develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth

Train and support team members

Handle escalations and assist in closing deals

Maintain reports and CRM data

🔴Requirements

Experience in sales and team handling

Strong communication and leadership skills

Knowledge of Excel/MIS and reporting

Target-driven and result-oriented
