Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development & Sales Executive to drive sales of our IT and digital products, primarily for doctors, clinics, and healthcare practices. The role involves client meetings, product demonstrations, lead conversion, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and solutions
Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations with doctors, clinics, and healthcare centres
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and decision-makers
Convert leads into sales and ensure timely closure of deals
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, implementation, and client support
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
Attend field visits and client meetings as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably IT or SaaS products
Strong Hindi & English communication skills (spoken and written)
Experience in selling products/services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare segment is highly preferred
Good presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience working closely with doctors, clinics, or medical professionals
Exposure to CRM, ERP, clinic management, or healthcare IT products
Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
