Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Design & Development Manager to lead product design and development initiatives across our furniture and hospitality equipment portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine creative design capability with strong technical and manufacturing knowledge to deliver innovative, high-quality, and cost-efficient products.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Design and Innovation

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to production.

• Create detailed CAD models, technical drawings, and specifications.

• Develop innovative, ergonomic, and market-driven product solutions.

• Support customization requests from clients with technically feasible designs.

Development & Manufacturing Coordination

• Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation.

• Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturing (DFM principles).

• Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and quality teams.

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and components.

Project & Team Management

• Manage multiple design projects with defined timelines and budgets.

• Guide and mentor junior designers and engineers.

• Coordinate with vendors for tooling, components, and prototype support.

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
