🚀 We're Hiring | Business Development Manager
Are you someone who enjoys meeting new people, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships?
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
📍 Position Details
• Role: Business Development Manager
• Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (On-site)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
🎯 What You'll Do
✔ Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
✔ Meet potential clients and present our services.
✔ Build strong client relationships and convert leads into long-term customers.
✔ Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly sales targets.
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.
✔ Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
✅ Who We're Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in Real Estate.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality
• Target-oriented with a passion for sales
📌 Mandatory Requirements
✔ Own Laptop
✔ Own Scooty/Two-Wheeler (for client meetings)
