Business Development Manager (Female)

📍 Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (On-site)
🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
💰 Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month (Negotiable based on experience and performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, field visits, referrals, and outbound outreach.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.

• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Must be confident, professional, and presentable.

• Strong client-handling and relationship management abilities.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must own a laptop.

• Must own a scooty/two-wheeler for client visits.

• Valid driving licence preferred.
