Identify and develop new business opportunities in facility management and pest control services.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build strong relationships with corporate, residential, industrial, and commercial clients.
Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and service presentations.
Ensure timely follow-ups and contract renewals.
Handle client queries, complaints, and service feedback.
Study market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Identify new service areas and potential sectors.
Suggest promotional activities and marketing plans.
Coordinate with Operations Executives for smooth service delivery.
Ensure proper service implementation as per client agreements.
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records in CRM / MIS systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track payment collections and outstanding dues.
Participate in government and corporate tenders.
Prepare technical and commercial documents.
Negotiate terms and close deals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
2–5 years in sales/business development (Facility Management / Pest Control preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good presentation and client-handling ability.
Knowledge of facility services, pest control methods, and safety norms.
CRM and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
