
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and skilled in building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, and site visits
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in real estate or sales/business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of real estate market and sales processes
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
