About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive with excellent communication and convincing skills. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, target-driven, and capable of converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Explain products and services to potential clients.
Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Service.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
