Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Jr. Business Development Executive to
support business growth by coordinating with multiple departments including Sales,
Operations, and CRM. The candidate will assist in customer communication, lead
generation, sales coordination, and internal team collaboration to ensure smooth business
operations and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for MBA Marketing freshers or
candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in business
development and industrial product sales.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and CRM departments to support business
development activities
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer support
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
Handle customer inquiries and maintain professional communication with clients
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients
Support sales and operations teams in achieving monthly business targets
Track daily activities and prepare reports for management review
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
