We are looking for customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to represent our membership program at premium hotel locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership enrollments, engaging with customers, coordinating with hotel teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the membership program at assigned hotel locations.

• Promote and enroll walk-in guests and prospective customers into the membership program.

• Collect and maintain customer data for future membership outreach.

• Build strong relationships with existing and potential members.

• Coordinate with hotel teams to assist customers with reservations and other service requests.

• Support hotel staff in using the membership platform, mobile application, and website, and assist during technical issues.

• Monitor program performance and effectively communicate updates and value propositions to hotel stakeholders.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, aviation, travel, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English.

• Smart, confident, self-motivated, and customer-oriented personality.

• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in luxury retail, hotels, aviation, banquets, or travel sales will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills

• Customer engagement and relationship management. • Sales and membership acquisition.

• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and web-based platforms.
