Role
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with 3–4.5 years of B2B sales/business development experience to generate leads, conduct outreach, schedule discovery calls, and convert clients for our trade and market intelligence services.

Key Responsibilities
Build qualified lead lists and identify decision-makers.
Conduct LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and follow-up calls.
Schedule discovery meetings and qualify prospects.
Pitch Evenautic's trade and market intelligence services.
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline updates.
Support proposal discussions and client conversions.
Required Skills
Strong B2B sales experience.
Excellent LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing skills.
Confident speaking with Founders, Directors, CXOs, and Business Heads.
Strong follow-up and pipeline management.
Self-driven and comfortable generating leads independently.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month (Probation)
Performance Incentives: 5%–10% commission on collected revenue.
Screening Task
Choose one sector (Spices, Basmati Rice, Shrimp, Chemicals, HVAC Components, Medical Devices, or Functional Ingredients) and write a cold email (max 200 words) pitching one Evenautic service to a mid-sized exporter/manufacturer and encouraging them to book a discovery call.
