Job Overview:
We are hiring dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executives (BDE) who will be
responsible for selling Lead Height’s Digital Marketing Services to B2B clients. This is a completely
in-house sales role involving cold calling, lead calling, and business sourcing. The candidate will be
the first point of contact for potential clients and must be confident in explaining our services and
converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make cold calls, lead calls, and sourcing calls to B2B clients.
• For the first interaction, clearly explain:
o What digital marketing is
o Why digital marketing is important for business growth
o How digital marketing helps businesses grow today
o How Lead Height provides digital marketing services
o Why Lead Height should be the client’s first choice
• Convince clients to schedule a Google Meet presentation.
• Conduct or coordinate online presentations about:
o Lead Height company profile
o All digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.)
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Achieve daily calling targets, meeting targets, and monthly sales targets.
• Update all call details, follow-ups, and client status in CRM/Sheets.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team for smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English required).
• Confidence to speak with business owners and decision-makers.
• Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing.
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure of targets.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Meet, Excel, and calling systems.
• Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
• Experience in B2B sales or digital marketing sales is an added advantage.
