
Bancassurance - Channel
Work closely with assigned bank branches to generate life insurance business
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers, RMs, and tellers
Identify prospective customers from the bank’s customer base
Conduct need-based selling of life insurance products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Support bank staff with product training and sales assistance
Attend joint customer meetings with bank RMs
Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and policy issuance
Handle customer queries and provide post-sales service support
Ensure adherence to IRDAI and company compliance norms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relationship management and customer handling
Sales orientation and target-driven mindset
Basic understanding of life insurance products
Ability to work independently within bank premises
