Key Responsibilities
Identify and pitch to potential wholesale buyers, distributors, and retail store owners.
Secure bulk supply contracts with corporate offices, societies, hotels, and facility management firms.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to close profitable deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to identify new product volume opportunities.
Gather client feedback to help our product team improve packaging, quality, and sizing.
Meet monthly sales and distribution targets to fuel startup growth.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, FMCG distribution, or corporate gift/supply selling.
Strong field sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing bulk deals.
Deep understanding of wholesale supply chains, retail margins, and distributor networks.
Self-motivated mindset ready to work in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
Must own a vehicle for regular field visits and client meetings.
