Support business expansion by achieving targets and strengthening client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance

Unit Manager

- Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors

- Train, coach, and develop advisors on products, sales pitch, and compliance-

- Drive team productivity to achieve monthly business targets

- Support advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales

- Monitor performance through regular reviews and field activity

- Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company policies

- Maintain strong customer relationships and service quality

- Conduct team meetings, motivation sessions, and strategy planning

- Coordinate with branch/cluster managers for business growth initiatives

- Track reports, pipeline, and persistency metrics
