Telesales Executive - NGO Registration Specialist

We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The role focuses on expanding our client base by reaching out to social entrepreneurs, trust founders, and non-profit enthusiasts looking to establish their organizations. You will be responsible for guiding potential clients through our NGO registration services, driving sales, meeting monthly revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective clients/leads via phone to pitch NGO registration and compliance services.
Research and identify new client opportunities in the social sector and non-profit market.
Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular and transparent communication.
Promote product and service offerings (Trust, Society, or Section 8 Company registrations) that align perfectly with customer needs.
Counsel clients on the legalities and benefits of registering their NGOs through our platform.
Collaborate with internal operations and legal teams to ensure seamless delivery of registration services.
Monitor industry trends and compliance updates to adapt sales strategies and stay competitive.
Maintain accurate lead logs and provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Business Administration, Marketing, or Social Work is a plus).
Experience Range: 1 - 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound calling (experience in legal services, financial services, or consulting sales is highly preferred).
Skills: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, fluency in Hindi/English, the ability to close deals effectively, and a patient, customer-focused approach.
