About the Role We're looking for a sharp, driven individual to own our sales pipeline from day one — handling leads, running outreach, and being the first voice our clients hear. You'll work directly with the founders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
Handle & qualify inbound + outbound leads
Run outreach via Email, LinkedIn & WhatsApp
Manage CRM, pipeline hygiene & follow-ups
Coordinate with founders on deal progress
Track and report lead status weekly
What We're Looking For
Excellent English communication — spoken & written (UK/US market, non-negotiable)
Experience in lead gen, sales coordination, or BD (preferred)
Comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn & WhatsApp Business
Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
