Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who can identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services / SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
* Pitch SaaS products, ERP solutions, and custom software services to potential clients
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solution proposals
* Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and demos
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
* Maintain CRM records and track sales activities and pipeline
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
* 2–5 years of experience in IT services / SaaS / Software sales.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Experience with B2B sales, lead generation, and client handling
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
* Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setup
* Good understanding of software development lifecycle is a plus
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
* Experience selling ERP, CRM, SaaS products, or custom software
* Knowledge of industries like Education, or Service sector
* Proposal writing and requirement analysis experience
