Job Title: Business Development Executive – CASA Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales of CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) products. The role involves a balanced mix of field sales and office-based work, where leads will be provided by the bank. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers and ensuring smooth account opening and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and meet customers from assigned leads to promote CASA products

• Convert leads into account openings and achieve sales targets

• Follow up via calls/emails and maintain customer relationships

• Assist with documentation, KYC, and account opening processes

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

• Update CRM records and track lead status

• Identify cross-selling opportunities and ensure timely closures

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline

• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
