Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and deepening relationships with existing clients to achieve branch and organizational goals. The role involves promoting banking products and services, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail and corporate banking.
Generate leads through cold calls, references, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Promote and sell banking products such as savings/current accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, investment products, etc.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer retention
