Job Summary:
FARMKING is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for lead generation, inquiry handling, dealer/customer coordination, sales follow-up, field sales support and business development for agricultural implements, tractor attachments and farm machinery products.
The role includes handling leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, company website, social media, phone inquiries, references and other B2B platforms, along with follow-up for quotations, orders, dispatch updates and customer support.
Product Categories:
Tillage, Seeding & Plantation, Crop Protection, Harvesting, Landscaping, Haulage and Tractor Attachments, including Rotavator, Cultivator, Harrow, Plough, Seed Drill, Planter, Sprayer, Land Leveller, Loader, Tipping Trailer, Tractor Crane, Post Hole Digger, Pole Erection Machine, Mulcher, Slasher and other FARMKING farm machinery products.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up business leads through calls, online portals, references, dealer/customer inquiries and assigned data.
Handle inquiries from IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, website, social media and other B2B lead platforms.
Coordinate with dealers, customers and prospects for requirements, quotations, follow-ups and sales opportunities.
Support dealer development, customer relationship management, market expansion and field sales activities.
Conduct field visits, dealer/customer meetings and market visits as required.
Coordinate with sales, production, dispatch and internal teams for quotation, order and delivery updates.
Maintain lead records, customer/dealer data, inquiry status, follow-up reports and sales coordination records.
Share market feedback, customer requirements and business opportunities with the concerned team.
Candidate Profile / Skills Required:
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
6 months to 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, telecalling, field sales, dealer/customer coordination or sales support preferred.
Experience in IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, CRM or B2B inquiry handling will be preferred.
Good communication, follow-up, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Basic English reporting and MS Excel knowledge preferred.
Must be disciplined, target-oriented, proactive and comfortable with on-site work and field sales as required.
Experience in agricultural machinery, tractor attachments, farm equipment or dealer-based sales will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000
Annual CTC: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,64,000
Incentives: As per company terms and approved policy.
TA/DA / Allowances / Reimbursements: As per company policy, eligibility and approval.
Benefits: PF, ESI, leave, holidays and other benefits as per company policy, eligibility and applicable law.
Selection Process:
