Annual Salary (CTC): ₹1,92,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum
Reporting To: Sales Lead / Business Development Lead / Management-designated sales authority
Working Time: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Weekly Off: Sunday

Position Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, supporting sales growth, and expanding the company’s dealer and customer network. The role requires active follow-up, market coordination, and support for sales-related activities from the Jaipur base.
Job Purpose
To support business development and sales growth by identifying leads, building dealer and customer relationships, following up market opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth business movement.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities
· Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and customers
· Follow up on all inquiries and support conversion into sales
· Conduct market research and identify potential business areas
· Support dealer development and customer relationship strengthening
· Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch follow-up
· Maintain sales data, lead records, customer records, and follow-up reports
· Support day-to-day sales and business development activities as assigned
Key Result Areas / Performance Indicators
· Generate and follow up quality business leads
· Develop and maintain dealer and customer relationships
· Handle inquiries and support conversion into business
· Support market development in assigned areas
· Achieve effective lead generation and conversion performance
· Add new dealers and customers as per business requirement
· Maintain strong follow-up and closure discipline
· Ensure accuracy in records, reporting, and sales coordination
Job Requirements
· Graduate in any discipline preferred
· Basic understanding of sales and business development activities
· Good communication, basic English communication, and negotiation skills
· Ability to build, manage, and maintain client relationships
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
· Strong follow-up discipline and coordination ability
· Willingness to work on-site and support field-linked activities as required
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in lead generation, dealer handling, customer coordination, follow-up, sales support, or business development will be preferred. Candidates with relevant exposure to agricultural machinery, tractor attachments, farm equipment, or related industrial products will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
· Annual CTC: ₹2,16,000 – ₹3,00,000
· Incentives as per company terms
· Allowances as per company policy
· PF / ESI and other benefits as applicable
