Business Development Executive (Female Only)

Responsibilities:

 Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels

such as cold calling, networking, and research.

 Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

to identify new opportunities.

 Client Acquisition: Build relationships with potential clients, present services, and

close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

 Proposals & Presentations: Create and deliver customized proposals and

presentations to prospective clients.

 Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to

ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

 Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, market feedback, and performance

metrics.

Requirements:

 Experience: 1-4 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition

(experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus).

 Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
