Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on communication skills & experience)
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and inbound calls to customers/leads

• Explain company products/services professionally

• Generate leads and maintain customer follow-ups

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

• Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates

• Coordinate with the sales team for conversions

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English

• Confident and convincing speaking ability

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to handle customers professionally

Eligibility:

• UG / Graduate candidates can apply

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

• Experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or customer support is preferred
