Role Overview
We are looking for a driven, ambitious fresher to join our sales team as a Business Development Executive. This is an entry-level, field-facing role — your first step into the world of B2B technology sales.
You will be trained, mentored, and given real responsibility from Day 1. If you are energetic, people-oriented, and hungry to build a career in sales with a cutting-edge tech company, this role is built for you.
No prior sales experience? No problem. We care more about your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to hustle than your resume.
What You Will Learn & Do
Learning & Onboarding (First 30 Days)
▪ Understand Simbott’s AR/VR/MR simulator products and their value in industrial training
▪ Learn the end-to-end B2B sales process — from prospecting to deal closure
▪ Shadow senior sales executives on field visits, demos, and client meetings
▪ Get hands-on training on CRM tools, pipeline management, and reporting
Business Development (Ongoing)
▪ Identify and reach out to potential clients across target industries
▪ Assist in generating leads through field visits, cold calls, emails, and networking
▪ Support senior team in product demonstrations and client presentations
▪ Help maintain the sales pipeline and track follow-ups consistently
Client Coordination
▪ Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, installation, and after-sales support
▪ Build rapport with client contacts and help nurture long-term relationships
▪ Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM
What We Are Looking For
You Are a Good Fit If You...
✓ Are a fresh graduate (B.Tech / B.E. / MBA) from any stream
✓ Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Are genuinely curious about technology and how it solves real-world problems
✓ Are comfortable speaking to strangers, building rapport quickly, and following up
persistently
✓ Are self-motivated, target-driven, and take ownership of your work
✓ Are willing to travel across India (40–60% travel) and work in a field-heavy role
✓ Can join immediately or within 30 days
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
▪ Internship experience in sales, marketing, or business development
▪ Exposure to EdTech, industrial products, or technology companies
▪ Basic knowledge of CRM tools or MS Office
