Job Summary
RTF Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role focuses on lead generation and initial client engagement. You will identify potential clients, connect with them via professional platforms, fix meetings, and support the sales process. All final presentations, negotiations, and deal closures will be handled by the internal team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Identify and approach potential clients and companies.
Execute basic marketing and lead generation strategies.
Understand and assess customer needs.
Fix meetings and coordinate with the internal sales/operations team.
Share preliminary information about suitable insurance plans.
Collect, manage, and maintain client data and required documentation.
Prepare basic reports and maintain records of leads and follow-ups.
Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination with internal teams.
Skills & Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or marketing.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of insurance products (preferred, not mandatory).
Ability to maintain records and reports.
Result-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
