Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and online platforms
Explain project details to customers and understand their requirements
Arrange and coordinate site visits with clients
Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain CRM and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closing deals
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of real estate sales
Ability to work with targets
Two-wheeler preferred
