We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth and expand our client base globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels including LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Understand client business requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and project estimations.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records in CRM systems.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

  • Attend client meetings, webinars, and industry events to promote company services.

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of IT Services, Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, SaaS, and Software Solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, and other lead generation platforms.

  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, BCA, BBA, MBA, or related field.

  • Minimum 1 to 6 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Software Services Sales.

  • Experience selling software development, mobile app development, digital marketing, or SaaS solutions will be preferred.
