Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other outbound sales activities in international markets.

• Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients for Mobile App Development and IT services.

• Schedule and conduct discovery calls, requirement discussions, and introductory meetings with international clients.

• Coordinate and arrange demos with the technical/project team based on client requirements.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, project estimations, and follow-up documentation.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion rates and reduce lead drop-offs.

• Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead status, meeting updates, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activities.

• Engage professionally with prospects through emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in international IT sales and outbound business development.

• Hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and client handling.

• Good understanding of Mobile App Development services, Web Development, and IT solutions.

• Experience working with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong presentation, and follow-up skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in BTech, BCA, MCA, MBA, or any technical/related field.

• Minimum 01+ years of experience in International IT Sales / Mobile App Sales.

• Experience in handling US, UK, Canada, Australia, or global clients will be preferred.
