Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales or business development and be passionate about generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels.
Identify and connect with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with the technical team for proposals and project discussions.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in IT Sales/Business Development.
Basic understanding of IT services and software development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with lead generation and client handling.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
