Job Opening: Business Development Executive – Real Estate
Work Location: Surya Nagar, Delhi

About the Role
We are looking for a smart, confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can interact effectively with prospective buyers, showcase properties and drive deals to successful closure.
We are looking for someone who is street-smart, persuasive and commercially minded, with the confidence to understand customer requirements and convert genuine prospects into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Handle leads and conduct regular follow-ups with interested buyers.
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits.
- Present and showcase properties confidently to potential customers.
- Explain property features, pricing, location advantages and investment potential.
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations and objections effectively.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate and close property deals.
- Maintain proper records of leads, site visits, follow-ups and closures.
- Work towards individual sales and revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
- MBA preferred, particularly in Marketing/Sales/Business Development.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Street-smart, confident and persuasive personality.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability.
- Comfortable meeting customers and conducting property visits.
- Target-driven with a strong desire to earn through incentives.
- Prior experience in real estate sales/business development will be an advantage.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Incentives: Unlimited performance-based incentives on successfully closed deals.
