We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding retailer networks, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
Candidates with prior experience in Fintech, AEPS, Digital Payments, Banking Correspondent (BC), Rural Banking, Recharge & Utility Services will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, references, and market networking.
Generate and manage new leads for business growth.
Onboard and activate distributors, retailers, and business partners.
Promote and sell company products and services effectively.
Achieve assigned onboarding, sales, and business targets within specified timelines.
Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and industry trends.
Present products and services to prospective customers and business partners.
Negotiate and close business deals successfully.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operational support.
Monitor market activities and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure timely follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain daily activity reports, sales reports, and performance records.
Support team initiatives and contribute towards organizational growth.

Candidate Requirements
