Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th/Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can also apply
Candidates with experience in International BPO / International Sales / International Process will be preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory
Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and address client needs
Good convincing, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Willingness to work in US/Night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
Ability to handle objections professionally and build strong client relationships
Basic understanding of sales process, lead generation, and follow-ups
Experience in US logistics, trucking, dispatch, or BPO sales is an added advantage
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and call documentation will be a plus
