Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing both digital and on-ground marketing initiatives. This role is a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys marketing that bridges the gap between creativity, communication, and user engagement.

Objective of this role

• Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and on field research.

• Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.

• Plan and execute the strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the execution of on-ground marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.

• Coordinate with local vendors, business partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Collect user and stakeholder feedback to improve campaign relevance and performance.

• Assist in planning and implementing promotions, brand activations, and strategic partnerships.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to localize campaign messaging for different regional and audience segments.

• Monitor, analyse, and report campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.

• Contribute creative, context-aware marketing ideas tailored to local markets and business goals.
