🔎 Role Overview:

As a Business Development & Sales Executive, you will drive lead generation, client meetings, and revenue growth in the safety & security domain.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Visit corporates & government departments to present solutions
• Understand client needs and propose suitable safety & training services
• Deliver impactful presentations & proposals
• Achieve sales targets and maintain strong client relationships

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate (any stream)
• 2–6+ years of field sales/BD experience
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
• MS Office proficiency
• Willingness to travel with management
