About the Role
Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential delegates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Explain conference details, benefits, and participation opportunities to potential delegates.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into confirmed delegates.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal team to achieve delegate acquisition targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with professionals and business leaders.
Meet individual and team targets.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with professionals.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or the events industry is an added advantage.
