We are hiring a Client Servicing Executive to manage client interactions, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle client communication & queries
• Process and track customer orders
• Coordinate with technicians/site team
• Schedule surveys & handovers
• Maintain survey/handover sheets
• Update daily work reports
• Ensure smooth client–team coordination
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
• Industry experience preferred (glass/UPVC/aluminium/windows)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good coordination & multitasking ability
