Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Salary is negotiable based on experience and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate options.

• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.

• Schedule client meetings and property visits.

• Build strong relationships with clients and assist throughout the sales process.

• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development.

• Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude are welcome.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Working Hours

• Male: 10:15 AM – 7:00 PM

• Female: 10:15 AM – 6:30 PM
