Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and generate business opportunities for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
• Contact prospective clients and explain project features, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct site visits for customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely lead conversion.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns.
• Prepare quotations, booking forms, and other sales-related documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.
• Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or business development (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
