Key Responsibilities
Connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
Qualify prospects based on health goals and program fit
Explain Fusionveda’s diabetes reversal programs clearly and confidently
Schedule consultations with health expert which have a good experience in the medical product of BD, business development
Maintain strong lead nurturing and follow-up cadence
Convert leads into enrollments through trust-building communication
Manage CRM updates and pipeline tracking
Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality feedback loop
Build referral and partnership opportunities
Required Skills
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in consultative selling
Experience in lead conversion / inside sales / counselling
Good experience in the medical product of BD, business development
Excellent follow-up discipline
CRM handling experience
Ability to explain wellness programs empathetically
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, wellness, ed-tech, or consultation sales
Understanding of lifestyle disorders / diabetes awareness is a plus
