We are a premier coaching institute specializing in preparing students for their 11th and 12th-grade science courses, with a focus on building strong foundational knowledge and exam skills for entrance exams like JEE , NEET & CET. Our dedicated faculty and comprehensive study material ensure students excel in their studies and future careers.

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Admissions Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in education. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our students while directly engaging with prospective families.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions Counseling & Sales:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing detailed information about our courses, curriculum, teaching methods, and overall benefits.

  • Assess the academic needs of students and guide them toward the right course options based on their goals and current academic standing.

  • Meet with potential students and parents to discuss program offerings, pricing, and schedules, offering personalized counseling services to convert inquiries into enrollments.

  • Handle the full admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective students and families.

2. Home Visits for Sales:

  • Conduct home visits to engage with prospective students and their parents in a personalized manner.

  • Explain our programs, share success stories, and build relationships with families to close enrollments.

  • Address any questions or concerns from parents and students regarding the coaching program and its benefits.

  • Demonstrate a consultative approach by understanding each student’s academic needs and customizing recommendations to best suit them.

3. Follow-ups & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students through calls, emails, and visits or as decided by the organization to ensure continued interest and to address any additional queries.

  • Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to maintain a high level of trust and engagement.

  • Ensure students are well-informed and prepared for the enrollment process by providing clear instructions on required documents, fees, and schedules.

4. Marketing & Promotional Activities:

  • Assist in organizing and promoting admission-related events, workshops, and seminars.

  • Represent the coaching institute at local events, school fairs, and exhibitions to generate leads and attract new students.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective communication of promotions, discounts, and upcoming batches.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference for candidates with a background in education or related fields.

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, counseling, or customer service, preferably in an educational setting.

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to persuade and build rapport with students and parents.

  • Sales-driven with a target-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to conduct home visits professionally and confidently.

  • Basic knowledge of science subjects (11th-12th grade) is a plus.
