Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team by handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and coordinating site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of real estate sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.

• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.

• Coordinate and schedule site visits with potential clients.

• Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and offers.

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion into site visits or sales.

• Support the sales team with required documentation and client coordination.

• Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Achieve assigned targets for lead conversion and site visit generation.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of the real estate market and terminology.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

• Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or inside sales.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in handling real estate leads and site visit coordination.

• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
