Business Development Executive

Company : Enigoal Startup Advisory Private Limited We are hiring Business Development Executives/Business Development Manager, who are passionate about sales and want to grow with us. In this role, you don’t need to search for clients – we will provide you with qualified leads. Your job is simple: call the leads, explain our services, and close the deal. This is a pure incentive-based role, giving you unlimited earning potential based on your performance. Location -: Noida- Sec 63, H- Block ,159, VDS Business park 3rd floor office no.302 &108 Eligibility Required : Key Responsibilities: Contact provided leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, or email. Explain company products/services in a clear and convincing manner. Build trust with prospects and convert them into paying clients. Maintain follow-up with interested leads until closure. Achieve individual sales targets to maximize incentives. Requirements: Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of sales/telecalling (Freshers with confidence are welcome). Self-motivated and result-oriented. Comfortable with target-based role. - Min 6 Months experience in Tele Loan sales or Fresher - Higher Qualification - Good communication - Good exposure in loans - Sales oriented - Candidate Have Good Knowledge in Startups Loans and Govt funding Loans, Business Loans ,MSMEs Loans
