About the Role:

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Franchise Sales team. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, generating and converting business opportunities, and driving the franchise sales process from initial enquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and connect with potential franchise partners and investors through various lead generation channels.

· Generate, qualify, and convert franchise sales leads into business opportunities.

· Conduct business presentations, consultations, and meetings with prospective franchise partners.

· Manage regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with prospective franchise partners.

· Handle the franchise sales cycle from initial enquiry through negotiation and closure.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, pipeline, and closures through CRM/reporting systems.

· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and franchise opportunities.

· Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.

Must-Have Skills:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, B2B sales, or a similar role.

· Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven ability to generate leads, manage follow-ups, and convert prospects.

· Strong relationship-building and client-handling skills.

· Target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-oriented sales environment.

· CRM/MS Office knowledge will be an added advantage.
