We work with clients across Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, E-commerce, Insurance, and other industries.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, and networking.

• Identify and connect with potential clients who require digital marketing services.

• Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present customized marketing solutions.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals successfully.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with the internal marketing and delivery teams for smooth project execution.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

• Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in the CRM.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of Business Development experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Performance Marketing.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong lead generation and sales closing abilities.

• Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience handling B2B clients.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
